Provost-Funded Center for Entrepreneurship Jump Start Grants |
The Provost-Funded CFE Jump Start Grants provide financial support in the form of micro-grants to students to help them achieve their entrepreneurial ambitions and develop their entrepreneurial skills and ideas. Jump Start Grants are available in four categories: prototype, travel, legal services, and SPARK Boot Camp. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and reviewed every two months. |
| Dare to Dream | Dare to Dream is a grant program run by the Zell Lurie Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies that encourages students to move through the business creation process by offering business development seminars and $500 - $10,000 in funding. Within the program, students meet deadlines to produce deliverables that guide them through the business development path from a nascent idea to formulating and assessing potential businesses to planning and launching these businesses. |
| NCIIA E-Team Program | The E-Team program provides early-stage support and funding of up to $75,000 for collegiate entrepreneurs working on market-based technology inventions. Since 1995, our E-Team grants have been funding collegiate student and student/faculty teams to move ideas out of the lab and classroom and into the marketplace. The 2012-13 E-Team Program enhances this opportunity by providing expert entrepreneurial and venture coaching, experiential workshops, and a potential investment opportunity to help realize the commercial success of the technology inventions and innovations that come through our organization. Selected E-Team Program participants may also be invited to exhibit their technologies at Open Minds, the annual showcase of breakthrough technologies from NCIIA's top student teams. |
